I hope you’re well.

Things this month have been challenging, but not just because I’m a mad scientist of an artist with 300 ideas and projects firing at various RPMs. I hope this digital sketchbook can be an avenue of sharing with friends and unknown adventurers. The sharable things that may not fit into a traditional portfolio, video, or other promotional material - “gray areas”. When I mix paints I find that gray pigments can be the most unexpected beautiful things to add to a composition. So much variety in gray matters.

The other goal is an attempt to connect emotionally with others. Sort of like when you go to a convention with several of your friends - even the non-art ones - and share the sketches you made that weekend from your cheap sketchbook that you didn’t sell at artist’s alley. That’s a fun thing to do, other than play 20 questions with people. Or is that just me?

I would also like to share other things here like travel journals, random stories with drawings, process posts, and daresay, “feelings”. Anyway, I hope his can be valuable in more than an economic sense.
